Challenge
Bitrix and page builders are costly to operate: any change is a ticket to a developer — a deadline and an invoice. Rentals like Tilda make the site intangible: miss a payment and it is gone, the business held hostage to a monthly fee. SMBs pay a contractor for every edit instead of selling.
How we built it
PortUM is neither a builder nor a rental — it is a site with an employee working inside it. You pick a ready industry preset (furniture, services, clinic, auto-service, building materials…), hand over a 1C export / an Excel price list / a link to the old site — and AI parses the nomenclature, writes missing descriptions and fills the catalog. Edits are made in plain language: “add a Kitchens section”, “move reviews above the catalog”. The core runs on a modern legacy-free TypeScript stack: speed (LCP < 1.2 s), security and SEO out of the box.
