The policy applies to cybic.ru, its language versions, the enquiry form and the public AI widget.
1. Controller and scope
Data controller: Individual Entrepreneur Yuri Aleksandrovich Eliseev, Taxpayer ID 391505186474, CYBIC. Data enquiries: info@cybic.ru.
The policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and other applicable requirements of Russian law.
2. Data processed
- Form data: name, company when provided, email, phone or Telegram, a link, task description, timing, budget, constraints and other information submitted voluntarily.
- Technical data required for security and reliable operation: IP address, request time, URL, browser type and service logs.
- When the AvtoUM AI widget is used: a pseudonymous visitor ID, page address and title, dialogue history, visit statistics and anti-abuse interaction signals. On-device history is stored in browser localStorage.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Review and reply to a project, vacancy or partnership enquiry.
- Evaluate the task and start pre-contract discussions at the user’s initiative.
- Operate and secure the site and AI widget, preserve dialogue context and prevent abuse.
- The grounds are consent, steps requested by the user before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and legal obligations where applicable.
4. Processing and service providers
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, limited transfer to processors, restriction, deletion and destruction, with or without automated tools.
Beget hosting, the AvtoUM platform, Telegram or an operator-configured webhook may be used to operate the site and deliver an enquiry. Only the data required for the relevant service is transferred. CYBIC does not sell or publish enquiry data.
5. Retention
Data is processed until the stated purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn, or a period required for a contract, legal claim or statutory duty expires. It is then deleted or anonymised.
Browser localStorage remains until the user clears it or the widget storage mechanism changes.
6. Your rights
- Request information about processing.
- Ask for inaccurate, outdated or excessive data to be corrected, restricted or deleted.
- Withdraw consent by emailing info@cybic.ru and identifying the contact used in the enquiry.
- Complain to the competent data protection authority or a court.
7. Security and updates
CYBIC uses access controls, protected transmission, restricted public access and other reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
