1. Controller

2. Data covered
Name, company when provided, email, phone or Telegram, product, brief or vacancy link, the task and expected outcome, timing, budget, constraints and any other information the user voluntarily enters. Do not submit sensitive personal data, state secrets or another party’s trade secrets through the form.
3. Purpose
To receive, review and qualify a project, vacancy or partnership enquiry; contact the user; evaluate a possible engagement; and conduct pre-contract correspondence. This consent does not cover marketing mailings.
4. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, limited transfer to hosting and configured message-delivery services, restriction, deletion and destruction, with or without automated tools. Data may be delivered through Beget, Telegram or an operator-configured webhook solely to handle the enquiry.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the processing purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn. To withdraw it, email info@cybic.ru and identify the contact used in the form. Processing will stop and data will be deleted within the period required by law unless another lawful retention ground applies.
6. How consent is recorded
Selecting the unchecked consent box and pressing the submit button confirms consent to the revision dated 14 September 2026. The server records the time, enquiry source and consent revision.
